FTMO pioneered the challenge-based funding model that defined retail prop trading as we know it, and has kept the clean approach from 2015 until today. There isn't really anything to mention about the practice and process - it just works.
The classic 2-Step Challenge has no additional rules, while the newer 1-Step Challenge comes with a 50% consistency requirement - but honestly, if 50% consistency is a problem, trading is likely not for you anyway.
